PURCHASE, DELIVERY & REFUND TERMS

We would like you to read our Purchase, Delivery & Refund Terms (these Terms) carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via our website displayed at http://wheatonsstore.com.au/ (our Website).
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which constitute the agreement between SE, EH, VR & J Wheaton trading as Wheatons’ Store A.B.N.40 624 737 253 (we, us, our, or Wheatons’ Store) and you.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order, as Wheatons’ Store will, unless notified otherwise, deliver ordered Product to the delivery points central to the address specified on the PayPal notification. Please notify us if you do not wish to pick up at your ordered Products from the point closest to the postcode listed on your PayPal delivery address.
If you enter an incorrect address, Wheatons’ Store is not obliged to re-deliver the order to the correct address at our own expense.
All prices quoted on our Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.
Unless agreed otherwise, Wheatons’ Store will accept payment for the Products via Paypal (Mastercard and Visa) and direct transfer only.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Victoria. If you place an order on a non-business day, we will process the purchase on the next business day.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Wheatons’ Store delivers all Products via PrimeSafe accredited meat transport vehicles only. PrimeSafe was established under the Meat Industry Act 1993.
By placing an order with us, you hereby covenant and agree that you are legally entitled to place an order for the Products requested and that all risk and title passes to you upon dispatch of your order by Wheatons’ Store.
The times and dates that Wheatons’ Store deliver Products at the times displayed on our Website.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
If a Product is missing from an order, please email us with the order number and the name of the missing Product and we will investigate accordingly.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Wheatons’ Store may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
All amounts paid to Wheatons’ Store for the purchase of products are non-refundable, unless we are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will not be provided if you do not pick up your ordered Product at the designated time.
Please email us if you feel that you are entitled to receive a refund from us.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
In the event that Wheatons’ Store agrees to receive a returned Product from you, in exchange for a refund, then the product must be returned in accordance with any reasonable directions given by Wheatons’ Store.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Wheatons’ Store business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. You may email us to unsubscribe from receiving electronic commercial messages from us at any time.
The laws of Victoria govern these Terms.
